At Baby Outfit Shop, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with our simple returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on headwear (from our Headwear category) and baby accessories (from our Accessories category) unless they are defective or incorrect items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA approval) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
- Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return, with processing times similar to standard orders
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs duties that are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
