Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: $50+
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. International customers may be subject to customs duties which are the responsibility of the recipient and non-refundable.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Headwear (from our Headwear category)
  • Baby accessories (from our Accessories category)

Exceptions are made for defective or incorrect items.
